Suprabakti has joined forces with Sensoteq to bring the latest innovations in wireless reliability technology to the Indonesian market.
Sensoteq provides advanced wireless condition monitoring technologies for IIoT fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance. Their vision is to offer a more sustainable future to the industrial world; safeguarding machine longevity and protecting against unnecessary downtime.
The technology enables users to receive alerts by text message or e-mail when critical machine health parameters are exceeded. This allows corrective action to be taken before a major failure or health and safety incident occurs.

The Kappa X Wireless Vibration Sensor features proprietary wireless technology, a replaceable battery design, and a market-leading fault detection capacity within a compact 25mm footprint, meaning it can be mounted on virtually any piece of rotating equipment in any industry.
Sensoteq Smart Wake technology enables the sensor to enter ultra-low power mode to preserve battery life; Auto-Ranging allows the sensor to automatically scale up to +/-64G to measure peak energy exerted by the machine; and a wide vibration frequency range of up to 10kHz results in even earlier detection of faults.
The Kappa X Gateway provides an uplink from the sensors in your plant to the Sensoteq Analytix cloud platform via Wi-Fi, ethernet or cellular connection. It also monitors ambient temperature to account for daily and seasonal fluctuations.
The Gateway receives data from the sensors, collates it into internet protocol and communicates this information for viewing and analysis. Kappa X’s proprietary sub 1GHz ISM band protocol relays data over long-range, high noise environments to accommodate large-scale industrial installations.
Sensoteq’s wireless gateway has a pre-paid global sim-card, so users do not have to worry about internet connectivity on site.
Sensoteq’s smart technology raises an alarm when vibration or temperature trends increase beyond characteristic values for a machine type. Machine specific algorithms act to organise complex data into coherent and simplistic outputs on the Sensoteq Analytix platform, which in turn enables machine operators to pinpoint specific mechanical or electrical faults with their equipment. As the machine data is stored securely on the cloud for detailed analysis, it can be accessed from anywhere at any time.
The Sensoteq Analytix platform provides a clean interface from which to view the data generated from the wireless sensor range. Data is broken down automatically and displayed to the user in a simple hierarchy that lets the user locate poorly performing or at-risk machines quickly. View the data at a level that suits you as a user - stay with the traffic light system, or navigate into the time waveforms and spectrums and start analysing with an array of tools.
