- Detailed comprehensive pulley stripping report.
- Non-destructive testing for shells and shafts.
- Bearing and locking assembly replacement.
- Replacement of new shaft.
- Upgrades of pulleys, bearings and locking assembly.
- Re-Lagging: rubber, ceramic, polyurethane and direct ceramic bond. Pulley surface to be blasted to get high bonding strength.
- Repainting pulley with an -corrosion coating.
