DETEC metal detector is designed to protect conveyor belts from costly damage which caused by ferrous metal contamination, designed to detect both ferrous (ferrous) and non-ferrous (non-ferrous) metals. DETEC metal detector is designed with various sensitivity levels to handle potential metal waste. DETEC is easily attached to conveyor belts without modification or belt cutting; and detection sensitivity can be adjusted via a well-calibrated sensor. The supply package is supplied with a panel equipped with an on/off control button plus a visual panel display. Supra offer a complete range of industrial metal detector parts & accessories, such as metal positioning markers for easy tracking, A clip detector is also available which allows metal belt clips/joints to pass without affecting the detector sensor. Our products are available in 2 Models namely the HFE and HFT series which are widely used in all mining and industrial applications around the world.

MAGNET SEPARATOR

The iron separator device (also known as a magnetic separator) is a device unit used to capture/separate/sort ferrous metal waste with internal magnetic material from the material transferred on the conveyor belt, in order to avoid large losses due to damage to the rubber belt caused by sharp iron metal.
