Suprabakti Mandiri is a 100% privately owned Indonesia company, is Indonesia’s premier provider of high-quality conveyor products, conveyor maintenance and surface protection. For more than 30 years, Supra providing products and services for bulk material handling needs. We bring in innovation services in belt conveyor maintenance and innovative conveyor products.

Starting as belt splicing company 30 years ago, we now offer complete services for conveyor maintenances. Our breadth and depth of experiences strengthens our understanding of your needs, allowing us to organize all aspects of your maintenance outsourcing objectives.

Suprabakti manufacturing facilities covering an area of 2.5 ha, consist of state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for conveyor products:

  • Conveyor belt fabrication: cleat and sidewall installation workbench, splice kit makes up area.
  • Hot autoclave for pulley lagging and rubber lining. We operate 2 autoclaves, dia 4.5 x 7 mtr long and dia 1.5 mtr x 10 mtr long.
  • Rubber extrusion strip builder machine for hot autoclave pulley lagging.
  • 2 ea. 24 x 80 mtr steel fabrication workshop for medium and heavy fabrication with 10 and 20 ton overhead crane.
  • Machining centre with 6 units lathe. Max machining work piece: dia 1.2 mtr x 6 mtr length.
  • Steel plate rolling machine for carbon steel upto 40 mm thick x 1200 mm wide.
  • Fibre laser capable of cuting metal sheet up to 20mm thick, 2000 x 4000 mm cuting bed.
  • High pressure water-jet cutter, 5 axis 50,000 psi, cutting range 1500mm x 2500mm
  • 160-ton press break for bending steel plate up to 4,600mm long.
  • Automatic conveyor roller manufacturing workshop.
  • SmartWELD robot welding station for producing idler frame and medium duty steel fabrication.
  • 6 mtr x 15 mtr blast room complete with steel grit recycling facility and dust collector.
  • 6 mtr x 15 mtr painting booth complete with fume extraction system.
  • 10 mtr x 40 mtr powder coating line.

Other site workshops located in Bukit Asam, Sorowako, Batuhijau, Paiton, Surabaya, and Kuala Kencana. Supra operates 16 branches nationwide, strategically located across Indonesia to ensure quick delivery of conveyor products and quick response in conveyor emergency service.

Supra’s technicians have long time experience with all kinds of conveyor belts issues, and are factory trained and certified. Our fast response time minimizes customers downtime.

It is our commitment to provide good quality product, improve working environment, supports the health and safety of our employees. We aim to achieve zero harm and ensure our highly trained workers carry out all works in accordance with strict Health and Safety guidelines.

To this date, we work with various parties to develop JSA's for all type of works in our contract scope. We have officially trained staffs who are certified by the Indonesia Department of Manpower safety officers (Ahli K3 Umum). Supervisors and workers will be held accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. Supervisors and workers are responsible to ensure machineries and equipment are safe, workers are working in compliance with established safety procedures.
